Joe and Regina are both proud to call Maryville home. Both were born at Blount Memorial Hospital located in Maryville. Joe has always resided in the Maryville area and contains a wealth of knowledge on the Blount County area. Although Regina was born in Maryville she was raised in IL just outside of Peoria. She has lived in several states but returned home to Maryville in 1997. Regina has been licensed in Real Estate since 1995 and currently holds a Brokers license. I found Real Estate to be a fresh and exciting change from the medical field I had been in for the previous ten years. Joe has been licensed since 2002. "I enjoy getting to know people and being able to help them find their new property in the Maryville and Blount County area." Regina has two grown children who also call Maryville home. Aaron is involved in local construction of new homes and Sonya is employed by a local Real Estate title company. Regina's greatest source of joy comes from knowing her children are safe, healthy, happy and successful at whatever venture they take on. Regina's de-stresser is working in the yard. " I could plant flowers, trees and bushes all day, every day", she says. Joe, on the other hand, helps with the yard work but definitely finds his peace on the water. Joe loves fishing. "Real Estate allows me to have time for work and play." Blount County is full of good fishing holes and I like to try them all. Maryville is among the top ten cities in the United States to retire to. " Why not?" say Joe and Regina, "WE HAVE IT ALL"! Beauty surrounds us. We have mountains, lakes, national parks, health care facilities, a major airport, convenience to many major cities and much more. Maryville is a great place to live! " Joe and Regina are well experienced in both home sales and vacant land sales in Blount County. Joe and Regina both believe that it is important to stay up to date through Real Estate education.
